2. Free Trial & Subscription

We offer a 3-day free trial with no credit card required.

After the trial, continued service is available via a monthly subscription (e.g., $197/month unless stated otherwise).

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and service will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete business information

Grant us permission to access your website, Google account (for Sheets/Apps Script setup), or other tools necessary to deliver our services

Not use the chatbot or tools for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes

4. Data & Privacy

We collect and store only the data required to set up and operate your chatbot (e.g., contact details, business name, lead data routing). For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.

We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, flows, chatbot scripts, and onboarding materials remain the intellectual property of Local Automatic. You may use them for your business, but may not resell, redistribute, or replicate them for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to services. We may perform maintenance or upgrades that affect access temporarily.

8. Limitation of Liability

Local Automatic is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including lost leads, revenue, or data.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
